Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our signage products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or customer preference after purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or is found to have a manufacturing defect, Westside Graphics will remedy the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
To lodge a claim:

Clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage must be provided.

The product must not be installed, altered, modified or used.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may void your eligibility for replacement.
Assessment Process

Damage caused during production or transit (where applicable),

Installation Responsibility
Unless installation has been supplied directly by Westside Graphics under written agreement, all products are sold as supply-only items. The customer assumes full responsibility for correct installation and compliance with local regulations.
