We ship Australia-wide and internationally.

Westside Graphics supplies individual customers, fleet operators, transport companies, workshops and businesses across Australia and overseas.

We will be happy to investigate shipping options and provide a delivery quote where possible.

All products are manufactured to order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Large bulk orders, custom signage and specialist manufactured parts may require additional production time. Customers will be notified if extended timeframes apply.

Processing times exclude weekends and Western Australian public holidays.

Regional Western Australia: 3–8 business days
Interstate regional areas: 3–10 business days

Australian Orders

Flat-rate tracked shipping: $14.95 AUD for orders under $250.
FREE shipping on orders of $250 AUD or more.
International Orders

International shipping starts from $34.99 AUD for eligible parcels under 1 kg.
Larger or heavier orders may incur additional shipping charges depending on the destination, parcel size and weight.

All prices on our website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). International customers may be charged customs duties, import taxes or other destination-country fees, which are their responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We use reputable shipping providers, including Australia Post and national or international courier services.

Carrier selection depends on parcel dimensions, weight and delivery destination.

Every Westside Graphics order is professionally packaged to protect products during transport.

Stickers and decals are protected and shipped flat in suitable packaging wherever practical. Longer decals and oversized products may be dispatched in protective tubes.

Tracking details are provided for tracked shipments once dispatched.
 

Westside Graphics supplies individual replacement decals, bulk fleet identification stickers, vehicle safety signage and selected manufactured replacement components.

Oversized signage, large quantities and specialist products may require courier or freight services.

Where additional freight arrangements are required, we will contact the customer to confirm delivery options and costs before dispatch.

For bulk fleet orders or international freight enquiries, please contact us directly.

Westside Graphics takes responsibility for ensuring orders are appropriately packaged and dispatched to the delivery address provided.

If an order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant details.

We recommend reporting shipping concerns within 7 days of the expected delivery date to assist with carrier investigations.

Where goods are confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an incorrect delivery address.

We will endeavour to correct shipping information before dispatch. Additional delivery or redirection charges may apply where an incorrect address has been supplied.
