    Change of Mind

    Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our signage products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or customer preference after purchase.

    This includes:

    • Incorrect size selection

    • Incorrect material selection

    • Colour or design preference changes

    • Customer ordering errors

    Please ensure all product specifications are reviewed carefully prior to purchase.

    Damaged or Defective Products

    If your order arrives damaged or is found to have a manufacturing defect, Westside Graphics will remedy the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

    To lodge a claim:

    • You must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage must be provided.

    • The product must not be installed, altered, modified or used.

    Failure to notify us within this timeframe may void your eligibility for replacement.

    Assessment Process

    All claims will be assessed by our production team. If the issue is determined to be:

    • A verified manufacturing defect, or

    • Damage caused during production or transit (where applicable),

    We will, at our discretion:

    • Replace the product, or

    • Repair the product, or

    • Provide a refund where replacement is not possible.

    Exclusions

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused during installation

    • Incorrect installation methods

    • Surface preparation failures

    • Weather events or environmental misuse

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Vandalism or third-party damage

    • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality

    Westside Graphics accepts no liability for improper installation or misuse of products.

    Installation Responsibility

    Unless installation has been supplied directly by Westside Graphics under written agreement, all products are sold as supply-only items. The customer assumes full responsibility for correct installation and compliance with local regulations.

    Australian Consumer Law

    Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

    Free shipping applies to all orders over $250 (ex GST).
    Orders under $250 are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
